Incorporation itself is a matter of weeks once the name permit and notary appointment are in place. What extends the timeline is everything downstream: RFC and e.firma registration, opening the corporate account, IMSS registration before you can put anyone on payroll. Each depends on the one before it, so the order matters more than the speed of any single step. We will give you a realistic sequence on the first call rather than a best case.

Not for most of it. Incorporation and registration can be handled through powers of attorney and your Mexican contacts, though certain steps require someone present. Where you do need people here, we handle the work authorisation and relocation alongside the setup, so the two are not running as separate projects.

Yes. Some companies arrive with a law firm or an accountant already appointed. We take the parts you need and coordinate with the rest rather than insisting on all of it, and the proposal reflects only what you are asking us to run.

Setup is the start rather than the end. Accounting, payroll, IMSS and fiscal compliance are monthly obligations, and we continue running them for clients who want that. If you would rather bring it in-house once you have local staff, we do a thorough hand over.

Every setup is different, so we give you a tailored proposal after the first call rather than an off-the-shelf price. Scope is agreed up front, and where you want us running accounting and payroll afterwards that is quoted separately as an ongoing arrangement. Fees are quoted in USD and invoiced in Mexico with CFDI.
